Atelier Saman Amel offers an advanced made to measure service that focuses heavily on craftsmanship, refinement and aesthetical curation in order to succeed traditional made to measure praxis.
The Atelier Saman Amel made to measure service is available by appointment only in Stockholm, London and New York.
The Process
First step – Book an appointment
New clients book a “first time meeting” for a visit to an atelier or a trunk show. During the appointment a team member guides the client through the entire Atelier Saman Amel offering. A unique silhouette is created for each individual client through an advanced measurement process with an extensive attention to detail. Aesthetic aspects such as fabrics, design and style are thoroughly discussed. The client is closely guided by a team member through this process. Duration circa 1-1,5 hours.
Please note that bookings can be made without immediate intention of placing an order.
Second step – Fitting
The second meeting is scheduled 6-8 weeks after the first meeting. During the second meeting a primary fitting is conducted on the garments ordered. Alterations are made and the fit is updated digitally to simplify future orders. Duration circa 45 minutes.
Third step – Alterations inspection
After around ten days, the alterations made during the second fitting are inspected and the digital pattern is optimized further if necessary. Duration circa 30 minutes.
Fourth step – Delivery and follow up
The product is ready for delivery. After some time of wear, a team member follows up to ensure the garments are performing as expected and to discuss any potential further fit optimization.

Ateliers and Services
In order to give the client absolute focus the ateliers and trunk shows are by appointment only. During an appointment the space and team is dedicated completely to the client and the entire offering is available to explore. Furthermore, each atelier houses a curation of the Atelier Saman Amel collection of art, design and craft objects and offers an experience for all senses.
Upon request, the team also conducts home visits or off site appointments in dialogue with the client at hand.
