    About the Role
    As Made-to-Measure Specialist & Atelier Manager, you are the custodian of the Atelier Saman Amel brand in London and its most visible representative. You own the client relationship from first meeting to final fitting and carry responsibility for the commercial performance of the London atelier.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead client meetings, measurements and fittings following the Atelier Saman Amel client meeting formula.
    • Build long-term client relationships through personalised styling advice, follow-up presentations, first access to new products, and the thoughtful details that make clients return.
    • Drive sales and conversion out of the London atelier, in person and remotely, against monthly and yearly targets.
    • Keep leads, client notes, and patterns up to date in HubSpot and Asana so the whole team is informed.
    • Participate in and conduct international trunk shows together with our International Operations team.
    • Keep the atelier, cloths, sample garments and fitting garments in immaculate condition every day.
    • Develop expert knowledge of our products, cloths, processes, pricing and lead times.
    • Represent the brand at events and activities we host.


    Qualifications

    • Several years' experience in retail working with made-to-measure and/or bespoke tailoring, high-end clienteling.
    • Deep knowledge of craft and tailoring, and a real passion for it.
    • A natural relationship-builder who communicates clearly and promptly, in whichever channel each client prefers.
    • Impeccable personal presentation.
    • Organised and self-directed: comfortable owning your tasks and keeping the team updated rather than being managed.
    • Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
    • Right to work in the UK.
